jdplus Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the jdplus platform. Please read each section carefully before registering or using any part of the service. By creating an account you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing jdplus at jdplus.org, registering an account, or using any feature of the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.
These terms apply to all users of jdplus, including registered members, visitors, and any person who interacts with the platform in any capacity. Use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the most current version of these terms at the time of access. jdplus reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time; continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use jdplus. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. jdplus does not knowingly permit minors to use the platform and reserves the right to verify the age of any account holder at any time.
Additional eligibility conditions include:
- You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
- You must not be a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the Philippines or any other applicable jurisdiction.
- You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
- You must not already hold an active account on the platform under a different identity or email address.
jdplus is intended primarily for players in the Philippines. If you access the platform from outside the Philippines, you are responsible for ensuring that such access is lawful in your location.
3. Account Creation, Security, and Responsibilities
Each user may hold only one account on jdplus. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.
When registering, you are required to provide a valid email address and a verified Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jdplus immediately by email at [email protected] and change your password without delay. jdplus will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you failed to take reasonable steps to secure your account.
4. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
By using jdplus, you agree to:
- Use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information in all interactions with the platform.
- Not attempt to manipulate, exploit, or circumvent any feature, game outcome, payment system, or security measure on the platform.
- Not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software that interferes with normal platform operation.
- Not engage in collusion, fraudulent chargebacks, or any activity intended to deceive jdplus or other users.
- Not attempt to access areas of the platform not intended for your account type or permission level.
- Comply with all applicable laws, including those relating to online gaming and financial transactions in the Philippines.
Violation of these obligations may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.
5. Payments, Transactions, and Currency
All deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on jdplus are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform does not accept foreign currencies directly. Supported deposit methods include GCash, Maya, bank transfer, and QR Ph. Payment flows are processed through the respective payment providers; jdplus does not store full card numbers or banking credentials on its servers.
Deposits are credited to your account upon confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. Processing times vary by payment method; jdplus aims to process approved withdrawals within a reasonable timeframe but does not guarantee same-day processing.
jdplus reserves the right to request identity documentation before processing any withdrawal. Funds deposited on the platform may only be used for gaming purposes as offered by jdplus and may not be transferred to other users. Minimum and maximum transaction limits may apply and are displayed within the platform's cashier section.
jdplus does not guarantee any winnings. Gaming outcomes are determined by chance or by the rules of individual games. Depositing funds does not guarantee any return.
6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
jdplus provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jdplus shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
This includes but is not limited to losses arising from technical errors, platform downtime, data loss, unauthorised account access due to user negligence, or changes to applicable laws that affect your ability to use the platform.
Intellectual Property
All content on jdplus — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the property of jdplus or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of jdplus.
Third-Party Links and Services
jdplus may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, such as payment processors. These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. jdplus is not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of any third-party service and does not endorse them by including links or integrations on the platform.
7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Governing Law
Account Suspension and Closure
jdplus reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where a user has violated these Terms and Conditions, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the account presents a legal or compliance risk. In cases of confirmed fraud or violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited.
Users who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard verification procedures.
Changes to These Terms
jdplus may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email to your registered address. It is your responsibility to review the current terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to your use of jdplus shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
